Do you use recycled or compostible cups?
If we can not use glass for whatever reason we favour either hard recycled plastic, or recyclable soft plastic cups. The reason we do not use compostable cups is they all too often end up mixed in with recyclable plastics and this spoils whole batches of plastics at recycling plants. We are always looking for ways to be as sustainable as possible in our operation.
